Soup
Ingredients:
6 potatoes 2 leeks 2 onions 1 carrot 1 stalk celery 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tablespoon parsley flakes 4 cups water 1½ teaspoons salt Pepper 2 tablespoons butter 13 ounce can evaporated milk chopped chives
Instructions:
Pare and cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Wash leeks well and cut into bite sized pieces. Chop the onions. Pare and slice the carrots Slice the celery. Put all the ingredients except the milk and chives into a crockpot. Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour. Serve with chopped chives.
