Apple Bean Bake

Ingredients:

2 - 16 ounce cans pork and beans 1/4 cup light molasses 2 TBS vinegar 2 TBS prepared mustard 1 - 20 ounce can sliced apples, drained

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350. Put beans in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine molasses, vinegar and mustard, stir into beans. gently stir half the apples into the beans. Arrange remaining apple slices on top. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves: 6 - 8
